JST Warehouse Facility

ACHM worked with JST Group on the development of a 31 rai site in Sattahip, which included the construction of four warehouses.  Each warehouse has a storage/production area of over 4,000 square meters and includes an interconnected two level 700sqm office space.

On this successful development ACHM provided full quantity surveying, project and construction management services supporting the project delivery from the initial budgeting stage, through contractor engagement and construction to handover.

In addition to this site ACHM have a long history of working with JST Group, having also supported the construction of their office in Phattanakan and the Londoner Brew Pub.
