CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

  • Site Contractor supervision

  • Construction site safety management

  • Site program and schedule control

  • Oversee and manage construction quality

  • Undertake Quality Control (QC) inspections and maintain records

  • Facilitate and document contractor/site meetings

  • Manage RFI's from the Contractor(s) and the associated responses from relevant parties

  • Prepare and issue Site Instructions (SI)

  • Witnessing of key construction activities and testing

  • Management of site documentation, certificates and records

  • Provide construction phase reporting in conjunction with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor

  • Facilitate handover inspections and documentation

  • Report to the Project Manager/Client

  • Manage Work Packages, delivery and performance on behalf of the Client (under a Construction Management procurement methodology)
