Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers

ACHM were involved in  the renovation of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Bangkok which included guest rooms, restaurant, riverside terrace and facade replacement.

Our team provided Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Project Management, Construction Management and FF&E co-ordination services to this key renovation project. 

This project required a coordinated delivery approach to allow the hotel to continue to operate throughout the renovation works.  This was achieved using buffer floors to isolate the works from the usable rooms and handover floor by floor back to operations.
