Our History
ACH's founder , Bruce Hill, was relocated to Thailand in 1995 by a global quantity surveying group to manage services on the 275,000 square meter CU Hi_Tech Square project, now known as Chamchuri Square in Bangkok.
The effects of the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis resulted in an unprecedented downturn in the Asian construction market and with sudden project suspensions and cancellations, many international construction consultancies withdrew from the Asian market. Predicting a market recovery, he elected to remain in Thailand to continue supporting the Asian market. In partnership with Nipit Arunvongse Na Ayudhya of Consulting Architect and Structural engineering Associates (CaSA) and Arunchaiseri Consulting Engineers and Hill Management (ACHM) was formed in 1999.
Over the past two decades, we have evolved as a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with over 50 team members and a delivery record of more than 120 large scale projects across diverse sectors in Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and the Maldives
